- Returns are accepted within 1-3 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Lucian Gear reserves the right to refuse returns if the product has been damaged or altered in any way after delivery.

- As we offer Cash on Delivery as our payment method, refunds will be processed in cash at the time of item pickup. The delivery team will carry the refund amount with them during the pickup.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
- Shipping charges for exchanges are also the customer’s responsibility.
